Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Be a Singapore Citizen
Currently enrolled or planning to enroll in a local junior college in 2025
Achieved strong academic results (e.g., L1R5 ≤ 10)
Demonstrated leadership in CCAs or community service
Display maturity, resilience, and a positive attitude
