The JC Scholarship 2025 is now accepting applications. This prestigious award is designed to support outstanding students who demonstrate academic excellence, leadership potential, and a commitment to serving the community.

 

Over the years, this scholarship has empowered hundreds of scholars to pursue their academic dreams, engage in meaningful projects, and grow into well-rounded, socially conscious individuals. The 2025 edition of the JC Scholarship continues this mission — to identify promising young minds and nurture them into future leaders of Singapore.

 

Program Overview

The JC Scholarship is more than just financial assistance — it’s a holistic development programme. Scholars will benefit from structured academic support, leadership training, and exposure to real-world experiences.

 

Key Benefits:

  • Full coverage of JC tuition fees for two years

  • Monthly living allowance of SGD 500

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Be a Singapore Citizen

  • Currently enrolled or planning to enroll in a local junior college in 2025

  • Achieved strong academic results (e.g., L1R5 ≤ 10)

  • Demonstrated leadership in CCAs or community service

  • Display maturity, resilience, and a positive attitude

 

Preferred qualities include:

  • Passion for learning and self-improvement

  • Proactive and responsible character

  • Willingness to contribute to society

  • Openness to challenges and new experiences

Application Process

  1. Online Submission

    Academic transcripts and recommendation letters will be evaluated.

    Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an interview.

  4. Final Selection

     

    Successful candidates will be notified and offered the scholarship.

Applicants must submit the following:

  • Latest academic transcript

  • Personal statement (max 500 words)

  • One recommendation letter (teacher, CCA coach, or mentor)

  • Optional: portfolio of achievements or community work
